How To Join The Roundtable

The Western Business Roundtable welcomes applications for membership from corporations, non-profit entities and other organizations.  Our membership levels, and accompanying benefits packages, are outlined below.  For more information, or to apply for membership, please contact Holly Propst, the Roundtable's Executive Director.


Roundtable Membership - $25K/year

  • Eligible to serve on the Board of Trustees corporations only.
  • Help lead Roundtable policy advocacy efforts.
  • Able to serve as a chair of a Roundtable issue committee.
  • Access to all Roundtable-sponsored events, including meetings with state and federal policymakers.
  • Full access to all Roundtable materials, analyses, studies and other publications
  • Voting privileges of the general assembly.
  • Company promotion opportunities through Roundtable events, publications and website.

Corporate Membership - $12.5K/year

  • Participation in Roundtable policy advocacy efforts.
  • Voting membership, though not as chair, of a Roudtable issues committee.
  • Access to all Roundtable-sponsored events, including meetings with state and federal policymakers.
  • Full access to all Roundtable materials, analyses, studies and other publications.
  • Voting member of the general assembly.
  • Company promotion opportunities through Roundtable events, publications and website.

Shareholder Membership - $6.5K/year

(for companies with > $50M annual gross revenue)
  • Participation in Roundtable policy advocacy efforts.
  • Non-voting membership of a Roundtable issues committee.
  • Access to most Roundtable-sponsored events, including meetings with state and federal policymakers.
  • Full access to all Roundtable materials, analyses, studies and other publications.
  • Voting member of the general assembly.
  • Company promotion opportunities through Roundtable events, publications and website

Small Business Associate Membership - $3.5K/year

(for companies with > $10M in annual gross revenue)
  • Non-voting membership on issues committees and the general assembly.
  • Access to some Roundtable-sponsored events, including meetings with state and federal policymakers.
  • Access to Roundtable materials, analyses, studies and other publications.
  • Company promotion opportunities through Roundtable events, publications and website.

Non-Profits Associate Membership - $3.5K/year

(for small non-profit associations and organizations only)
  • Non-voting membership on issues committees and of the general assembly.
  • Limited access to Roundtable-sponsored events, including meetings with state and federal policymakers.
  • Access to Roundtable materials, analyses, studies and other publications.
  • Organization promotion opportunities through Roundtable events, publications and website.
